Have you ever wondered what Jesus said when he appeared to two of his followers on the road to Emmaus after his resurrection? He walked with them and explained a few things.
In Luke 24:44-45 Then He said to them, "These are the words which I spoke to you while I was still with you, that all things must be fulfilled which were written in the Law of Moses and the Prophets and the Psalms concerning Me." And He opened their understanding, that they might comprehend the Scriptures.
The Holy Spirit did the same thing with Paul.
Paul was an expert in Mosaic Law...a Pharisee. Paul did not dream up a completely new revelation about Jesus; he anchored everything he taught about the Law, faith, righteousness, and living standards in the former covenant. He masterfully showed how Jesus is the fulfillment of the Mosaic Covenant's prophecies, feasts, ceremonies, and sacrifices.
This idea inspired me to create a course to study Paul's connections between the Old Covenant and Christ's fulfillment in the New Covenant. I present to you "Paul's Prophetic Lens!" This book started as a course I was going to put on video, but I've decided to release it as a book. It's laid out like a class for others to teach and quickly access specific points.
