If God judged you, you would be found guilty and condemned to the lake of fire, which is the second death. However, Christ became your sin and served your sentence of condemnation for you. There is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ. That is properly judging the Lord’s body and that is properly judging yourself.
If you truly internalize that, to the point of empowerment, it will be long life for you. Understanding the Lord’s body means you understand that he took the penalty of sin for you, you are set free from the law of sin and death. Those who do not allow Christ to be that propitiation for them by faith stand condemned, but there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.
