There are a thousand and one approaches to personal growth and success, but what keeps them all from working for you are the internal stumbling blocks that creep up along the way. 

As a Christian you want to bear the fruit of God's spirit in your life. But when you don't, what to do you? Do you wallow in self-pity, or do you remind yourself of who you are in Christ and keep moving forward?

Do you ever feel guilty for not having self-control? The most frustrating for a Christian is to know you are set free from the power of sin yet still give in sometimes. You were delivered from sin and death, and you were given the free gift of righteousness. You can now live a life that glorifies God and honors the great work he has done within you.

In this series, I help you develop a consistent way to live by faith and break off the limitations of your former way of life. I give you practical exercises to apply to experience spirit-filled self-control. 

The strategy is this; persuade your heart to believe what God says is true and guide your mind to think the way God thinks, where there is no contradiction. 

You don't actually have to think to act on a belief, it's a natural impulse that rises from your heart. I show you how to use confession to align your heart and mind with God's truth so that you won't limit his influence. When you think like God, you will not limit his power, therefore you'll have what God is trying to establish in your life.

Once you believe it, you will act on it. True confession breeds action.

Let me help you affirm your identity in Christ and remember your standing in him. When you're honest with yourself and know how to stand in your identity in Christ, you can overcome any limitation and always be fruitful and effective.
