Content Use Consent Form for Clint Byars and Forward Ministries

Purpose and Scope: This Consent Form outlines the terms and conditions under which individuals or organizations (hereinafter referred to as "User") may use, reproduce, or distribute content from the materials authored by Clint Byars, including but not limited to books, articles, blog posts, and resources from Forward Ministries (hereinafter referred to as "Content").

Consent to Use Content: By using any portion of the Content, the User agrees to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Attribution:

    • Proper credit must be given to Clint Byars (and Forward Ministries when appropriate) for any use of the Content.

    • The attribution must include the name "Clint Byars" and "Forward Ministries" along with a link to the source (e.g., website or publication) when applicable. Typical sources are Clint’s books, sermons, and content from clintbyars.com.

  2. Permitted Uses:

    • Users may use the Content for personal, educational, or non-commercial purposes, provided proper attribution is included.

    • Content may not be altered, transformed, or built upon in a way that misrepresents the original intent or message of the work.

  3. Prohibited Uses:
